Once the window for registration has closed, in-house coaches will be contacted and a draft will occur for the appropriate age levels. Teams are usually finalized within a week of the draft and parents are notified. Sometimes this process is delayed if we do not have enough volunteers. Once your child has been assigned to a team, your coach will be able to answer many of the questions that typically come up during the season. There will also be a Coordinator for each age level as an added resource.
Parents are also encouraged to attend the monthly board meetings. Meetings are typically held at 7pm on the first or second Wednesday of every month at the Harrison Room (Harrison City VFD) or other venue, if needed. Check the General Events Calendar for more information.
